I recently came across a website called Triads and I was pleasantly surprised by all the greats brands they stocked! Triads started life as a shop in Middlesbrough in 1988. The store gradually became more and more popular ending up with the great reputation they hold today. They sell many reputable brands such as Jeffrey Campbell, Evil Twin and Converse so you're sure to grab something great!

Above are a few of my favourite items from their website! I adore the leopard print Vans. Even though they're not the classic Vans shape, I still really like them and think the black patches gives them a great edge over the normal ones! Another item from Vans that I picked out was this cute Vans iPhone case. I've been wanting one for ages but never really thought of paying around £20 for one!

I, like every girl on the planet, adore Jeffrey Campbells and I dream of a day when I could own a pair. Therefore I had to include these gorgeous Litas and Damsels! 

Another favourite of mine is this shirt from Evil Twin. I love everything by Evil Twin so this shirt is just a bonus! I'd love to style it with black Joni jeans and maybe some Nike Air Max or Topshop Adonis boots!

Lastly I have these lovely accessories by Vivienne Westwood. The leather makeup bag is perfect for keeping all your makeup goodies in style! Also I've been needing a new purse for ages as I've been using mine for over 2 years now! This neon yellow purse is so summery and the Vivienne Westwood logo is the icing on the cake!

I've frequently seen Phase Eight concessions in departments stores such as Debenhams and House of Fraser but instantly dismissed them as I always assumed their clothes were for a more mature market. However I took a good look at their website and they have some great new season items which are perfect for everything from everyday wear to wedding guest attire. 

Number 1 is a staple breton stripe t-shirt which can be worn in so many ways and is definitely a wardrobe essential, no matter what the season is! I'd wear this on a sunny Sunday afternoon teamed with skinny jeans and sandals!

Number 2 reminds me of this Topshop lace vest top which everyone and their mum seems to have on Instagram! Even though the Phase Eight version is more than double the price, undeniably the qualities will be incomparable! Topshop quality is shocking especially for how expensive it is, my Topshop Vectras have the whole front of the sole coming off!

I've seen number 3 in the window of my local Phase Eight store and I've fallen in love with it! I love the blue china print (that's the best way I can think to describe it) that's been doing the rounds on the high street, and this is no exception. This dress would be perfect for an outdoors wedding with some wedges sandals!

Again, number 4 would be a great dress to wear to a wedding but it would also be a nice dress to wear to work! Me being in school doing my GCSEs, I don't really have a high-flying office job but to any of you who might fall into that category, consider getting this dress!

Last, but definitely not least, is this gorgeous black and white striped shirt dress. I am absolutely loving the monochrome trend and therefore this dress is perfect, and kind of reminds me of my Motel Rocks dress (worn here). This dress is probably one of my favourites, along with the first 2. I'm just surprised I've never taken a proper look in Phase Eight!

Psychedelic Polka Dots

Trust me to wear the hardest dress to photograph! Crazy how different the dress looks even though you can see the dots clearly on my close up shot. Oh the wonders of photography! 

I've had a pretty chilled out day today considering I should be revising as I have 3 exams on Monday. I went into town with my mum and dad and made the most of Starbucks' Frappuccino Happy Hour. I'm definitely going to gain a few stone after consuming Venti Triple Caramel Frappuccinos every day. Starbucks, why do this to me? Don't you realise some people are trying to get skinny for summer? Also, there was this cute market along the river with food stalls selling everything from churros to kangaroo burgers! However the highlight of the day was definitely the sun! However, knowing Northern Ireland, that's our summer over! 

I got this little skater dress from Belk when I was in Florida back in February. I got this and a stripey dress together for about $5, what a bargain! Slight downside is they show off my embarrassing tan line! I guess you win some, you lose some!

I've always been aware of Links of London but I'd never stopped to take a proper look at their jewellery until now! Links of London was founded in the 90s after someone requested some fish cufflinks. Harvey Nichols came across the design and loved it! In the end they ended up ordering a whole collection! Now the company have grown internationally and have stores in the UK, Hong Kong, America and Canada. They don't just sell classic pieces but quality quirky accessories which I guarantee you will treasure forever!

I personally have fallen in love with number 1, the topaz stone is so gorgeous with the sterling silver wrapped around it! I also love their cute bracelets especially number 2 which is so simple but made out of some of the best materials. Links of London love the element of personalisation and allow for engraving on jewellery or embossing on leather. They also have a wide choice of different charms which can be mixed and matched to create the perfect bracelet or necklace to suit your personal taste. The charms range from classy Eiffel Towers to fun strawberries which allows the charms to potentially connect with personal memories which I think is such a clever idea. I don't know about you but I want some!

Moschino Wannabe

It's been a stressful few days, and I have even worse weeks coming up. Controlled assessments, modules and end of year exams will be the death of me. So I had an RE mock today in preparation for my exam in June and it's safe to say I'm screwed. But out of all the questions, I had so much to say about the Prophet Muhammad? Don't know how I managed to learn that and not anything else!

So I just threw this on, but I think my new belt really makes the outfit. It was such a great bargain at only a £5 and it's just like the Moschino belt just it doesn't say Moschino... and it's from Urban Outfitters... Close enough though right? 

Also, just wondering what you guys think of the different background? I've been wanting to venture outside for my outfit photos and I finally took the big step today. Hopefully there'll be more of these outdoorsy photos, maybe with some more inspiring locations!

21 & Over

This is what I wore for my friend Bekah's birthday party last night! Well, by party I mean Nando's and the cinema. By the way my plain chicken wrap with chips was lovely thank you. After stuffing our faces with chicken, we went and saw 21 & Over hence the title (I know I'm so original aren't I?) The film was so good, but however the people sitting behind us in the cinema absolutely ruined it. All we could hear all through the movie was the beanie-wearing wannabe hipsters screaming and kicking chairs and just being downright rude. Ugh I don't like people. I'd happily just live with cats, at least they don't interrupt my movie watching!

On to the fashion side of things, I wore my new Motel Rocks dress and I absolutely love it! I've been wanting it for ages and finally bit the bullet and ordered it, and I'm so glad I did! It fits lovely and it's bang on trend with the whole monochrome thing going on at the moment. Oh don't you just love it when trends work in your favour? I paired it with my cute flying pig necklace that I got in the River Island sale a while back for a mere £3! I also thought that with having a monochrome outfit, I needed something bright and neon on my nails so I opted for Models Own Hedonist which I love so much!

Cat Lady In Training

Long time no speak, but look look! I'VE GOT A NEW CAMERA YAY! It's a Nikon D3100 and I can't wait to be more adventurous with my outfit photos and maybe change up the scenery a bit! I'm super happy but a bit annoyed because I bought it yesterday for £315 from Argos and today it's gone down to £285 and Argos are giving £10 giftcards to people who spend over £100 grrr. If only I waited another day!

So anyway, I received this cat dress from Choies a while ago and I thought I'd better photograph it sooner rather than later! I had my eye on a similar dress like this from Topshop a while back and saw this on the Choies website and I knew I needed it. With the blogger store credit, I ended up getting this for only £5, much better than £30 for the Topshop version. Plus I'm pretty sure this could be exactly the same as they're both made in China so maybe it's the same dress just with a different label? Either way, it's a win win situation!
