Mulberry.

In art we're making clutch bags, so as homework, we have to pick a handbag designer and write about them. I obviously picked Mulberry as I'm a huge fan of their bags and I wish to own one sometime in the near future. It was also a good excuse to surf the Mulberry website.

Mulberry was established in Somerset, England in 1971. Mulberry became the darling of the fashion industry throughout the 70s and 80s after their debut collection of belts and chokers. Mulberry has also been named Britain’s first lifestyle brand due to their quintessentially English style and personality which lead to their popularity both in England and abroad. A collection of quilted fishing bags, poacher bags and jackets inspired by quirky country pursuits of hunting, shooting and fishing put Mulberry on the fashion map, and Le Style Anglais was born!

Their most popular style is the Bayswater bag which launched at the beginning of the 21st century, and still continues to be their bestseller to this day.

I love the neutral tones to these handbags! It’s so simple but so chic at the same time.

I love the textures of these bags, it gives it makes it stand out and makes you just want to touch it.

I love the embellishments on these bags which is really eye-catching. I especially love the heart and peace signs on the first bag.
